Baiyun Mountain is located within the territory of Muyun Township and Xiaoyang Town in the northwest of Fu’an City. The main peak has an altitude of 1450 meters and is one of the two highest peaks in eastern Fujian. There are five scenic areas planned, namely Baiyun Mountain, Jiulong Cave, Longting Canyon, Huanglan Canyon, and Jinzhong Mountain. To the west, it adjoins Guanshan in Zhouning County by Longting Creek. To the north, it is bounded by Huanglan Lake and Fengyang in Shouning County. The planned area is 96 square kilometers. At the foot of the mountain, mainly five streams, Longting Creek, Shouyang Creek, Chanxi Creek, Huanglan Creek, and Xiuxi, surround it. The landscape resources are extremely rich, mainly including unique geological wonders, beautiful and diverse mountain and canyon scenery, wonderful and magical ‘Buddha’s light’ holy land, rare and diverse biological populations, and ancient and multi-source cultural heritages.
Opening hours: Open from 08:00 to 17:30 from January 1st to December 31st. Ticket inspection stops at 16:30. It is open normally on holidays. The information is for reference only. The specific opening hours are subject to the disclosure on the day of the scenic spot.
Preferential policies:
Children: Children under 1.2 meters (excluding) or under 6 years old are exempt from scenic area tickets. Children under 1.2 meters (excluding) or under 6 years old are exempt from sightseeing bus fares. Minors aged 6 to 18 years old (proven by ID card) and children with a height between 1.2 meters (including) and 1.5 meters (excluding) enjoy half-price discounts for scenic area tickets.
Disabled people: Disabled people with disability certificates issued by the national disabled persons’ federation are exempt from scenic area tickets.
