The rear building is a three-story structure, with the first to third floors primarily housing an experimental theater, administrative offices, and rehearsal spaces
The opening hours are as follows: Wednesday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; and closed all day on Monday and Tuesday
