In recent days, there is finally a taste of spring in the air! The temperature is warming up, and the sunshine is excellent. On the weekend, I invited friends to drive to Tonglu for a spring outing. Yes, I went to Tonglu again. It’s a place that I never get tired of. Hehe. Driving from Shanghai to Tonglu takes about three and a half hours. I visited the super dreamy Yaolin Wonderland and the ‘Little Guilin’ Tianmu Stream Drifting. It’s really suitable for the current weather. I recommend it to you! Yaolin Wonderland This is the most beautiful natural karst cave I have ever been to. It gives a feeling of entering a dreamlike underground world! The temperature inside is 16 degrees all year round. It’s neither cold nor hot. Just right. The whole tour of the karst cave takes about an hour. However, because it’s so beautiful inside and the photos are very good, so friends who like taking photos may need to reserve a little more time. Yaolin Wonderland is known as the ‘crown of all caves in the country’ with its winding and undulating cave topography and magnificent group stone landscapes. The painter Ye Qianyu praised it as ‘rare in China and rare in the world’. The three cave halls inside are magnificent, vivid and graceful. The new 5.0 version of lighting perfectly combines the gorgeous special effects, shocking sci-fi scene arrangements and the unique natural wonders of the karst cave, allowing you to experience the wonderful feeling of ‘one day in the cave, ten thousand years on earth’. Near the exit, there is a karst cave drifting adventure that will open soon. I didn’t experience it this time, which is a bit regretful. After walking out of the karst cave, you will pass through a bamboo forest and return to the parking lot. Taking a walk by the stream is beautiful and very healing. There are also some children’s facilities for kids to play. Tianmu Stream Drifting In the afternoon, I went to Tianmu Stream Drifting. It is at Bipu Youchebian, Yaolin Town, Tonglu County. It is only 7.9 kilometers away from Yaolin Wonderland and about a 13-minute drive. The stream here is green and clear. The green mountains and clear waters and bamboo raft drifting in front of you seem to be a beautiful ink painting scroll. Sure enough, it deserves the title of ‘Little Guilin in Hangzhou’. Sitting on a bamboo raft and drifting downstream slowly. The water here is very stable. Don’t worry about being splashed by water. It is suitable for the elderly and children. The beautiful peaks and ridges reflect each other to form a painting. The blue sky and white clouds are reflected to form an image. Bathed in the warm spring sun and accompanied by the gentle breeze, passing through the bridge and traveling through the life of farming, fishing and hunting, you can taste the rural fun of western Zhejiang. The whole drifting process takes about 40 minutes, which is just right for spring outing when it’s neither cold nor hot. A leisurely spring outing for a day without haste is carefree and healing for life.
