Honggang Sturdy Pines is located in Liangnong Town. There are many important modern historical sites here, including the former site of the Party Committee of East Zhejiang District, the former site of the headquarters of the East Zhejiang Column of the New Fourth Army, the Martyrs Cemetery in Siming Mountain, as well as the East Zhejiang Taofen Bookstore and the East Zhejiang Lu Xun Academy. On the mountain not far from the former site of the Party Committee of East Zhejiang District, there are nine sturdy pines standing upright, defying frost and snow, with majestic postures.
