It is renowned for bridging the Min and Hakka ethnic groups and connecting Jiuru Township with Linluo and Changzhi Townships through the legendary tale of Jiuru Da Wangye marrying a woman from the Xu family of Linluo and its customs
Inside the temple, the main hall features a hanging plaque inscribed with ‘Wei Zhen Hai Dong’, which was respectfully established by the disciples of various villages during the Jia Yue Gu Dan of the Qianlong Wu Xu year
