The Memorial Hall of Guo Ziyi, also known as the ‘Neihu Red Building’, is a relatively exquisite brick building located in Neihu District, Taipei City. It is open to the public all year round from Tuesday to Wednesday, and Friday to Sunday, with operating hours from 10:00 to 12:00, and 14:00 to 17:00.
