In February and March of 1925, the Ningbo Branch of the Chinese Communist Party was officially established. In August of the same year, the Ningbo Branch was transformed into the Ningbo Independent Branch. The office address moved to a standalone two-story building in Siliang Alley, known as ‘Xingyun Fang’, which is now the Memorial Hall of the Former Site of the Ningbo Committee of the Chinese Communist Party during the Great Revolution. The opening hours are subject to the announcement at the scenic spot site.
