Nanhui Mouth Sea-viewing Park is located not far from the east coast of Dishui Lake. Although there is no attractive beach here, with only yellow mud and tidal flats along the shore, the sea view is quite expansive. It is one of the few places in Shanghai where you can enjoy the sea view, attracting many locals and tourists from the surrounding areas for relaxation. The park features the iconic ‘Si Nan’ sculpture, to the south of which is the ‘World Geographical Meridian Memorial Square’, centered around the ‘Nanhui Mouth Coordinate Point Marker’, echoing with the main Si Nan sculpture. The square is surrounded by city coordinates, engraved with the geographical longitude and latitude of the top ten port cities in the world. Connecting the memorial square is a landscape ground themed by ‘Pioneering’, where you can enjoy the sea view and feel the breeze, which is quite pleasant. The park is open all year round, 24 hours a day.
