Oligan Surf Club, a local favorite among surf enthusiasts in Hainan, is dedicated to promoting surfing sports and beach lifestyle culture. There are currently two branches, one located in the Chinese National Surfing Base at Riyue Bay, and the other in Sanya Houhai Village. The Riyue Bay branch enjoys a prime location within the national surfing base, close to the sea, with shuttle services to the beach, eliminating the need to walk. Surfboards can be taken directly to the sea, providing professional surfing lessons and a rich beach life experience. Operating hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 all year round.
