In 2023, the ‘Alan Tam Classic Legend Tour Concert’ kicked off, once again setting off a wave of nostalgia for pop music. The last ‘Alan Tam 40 Years of Milky Way Concert’ presented Alan Tam’s 40-year showbiz career with the four seasons of ‘spring, summer, autumn, and winter’ as the theme. From 2015 to 2019, every stage performance in each city was extremely wonderful and deeply loved and supported by fans. After a four-year absence, in the ‘Alan Tam Classic Legend Tour Concert’, Alan Tam once again meets fans face to face and enjoys the happiness and shock brought by music together. This concert takes ‘classic legend’ as the theme to showcase Alan Tam’s musical legendary story and connects the youthful memories of music fans with melodies. As the king on the stage, he once again interprets the classics with his unique voice and brings a different live experience to fans. As early as in the Wynners era, Alan Tam repeatedly achieved platinum album sales. In the 40 quarterly selected songs of the Ten Best Golden Melodies held by Hong Kong Television Broadcasts Limited in 1984, Alan Tam alone had 10 songs and won many awards in the Hong Kong music scene at the end of the year. The three albums ‘Foggy Love’, ‘The Source of Love’, and ‘Love Trap’ released from the beginning of 1984 to the beginning of 1985 are known as the ‘love trilogy’. The music removed the slang of previous Cantonese pop songs and created beautiful, delicate, and romantic lyrics and melodies in a more popular way. It also defined the direction of Hong Kong pop music later from a high level of model.
