The Shanghai Great World, originally established in 1917 by Huang Chujiu, closed its doors for renovations starting in 2008. It features an open-air aerial tram ride, a cinema, shopping mall, snack stalls, and a mix of Chinese and Western restaurants, making it a vibrant entertainment hub. The park operates from 11:00 to 23:00 all year round, with free performances on the first floor’s grand stage including acrobatics shows at 11:30-12:00, 14:00-14:30, 16:00-16:30, and 18:45-19:15.
