Shanghai Symphony Music Museum

The Shanghai Symphony Music Museum chronicles the history of symphonic music in Shanghai. The original owner of the property, Zhou Zongliang (1857-1957), was a native of Ningbo and one of the four major kings of pigments. Before visiting, it is advisable to do some research and learn about Zhou Zongliang. The museum’s architecture is distinctive, located in the core of Shanghai city within the Fuxing Road Historical and Cultural Preservation Zone. A visit here is doubly rewarding. The museum is open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 09:30 to 16:00 all year round, with specific operating conditions subject to the day’s opening status.
