In 2024, Yu Chaoying, the ‘Queen of LIVE’, debuts her first solo album ‘Mihuan Ji’, revisiting numerous classic Chinese songs. ‘I am fortunate not to have lost myself in this materialistic world, and to persist in making the music I love. Enjoying the present moment of music is happiness, and that is the most important thing.’ Yu Chaoying, a female singer from Mainland China, has won various singing competitions since her childhood. She later graduated from the musical major at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. In 2009, she became the first female champion of the ‘My Show’ competition in six years. In 2010, she won the first ‘Star Conference’ championship on Southeast TV. In 2019, she released her first solo single ‘I Really Can’t Forget’. In 2020, she received the ‘Outstanding Local Singer’ award at the 27th Oriental Music Chart. For this tour, in addition to the immersive performance of classic Chinese golden oldies as the ‘Queen of LIVE’, Yu Chaoying, in response to the fans who have been waiting for her, will bring 10 new songs co-created with several golden song composers. These songs tell stories of loss, confusion, and rebirth through her voice, promising an extraordinary auditory feast for her fans.
