The Sphinx Observatory is located in the Jungfraujoch. Here, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the Alps including the Jungfrau, Mönch, and Eiger peaks within several kilometers. It is very spectacular. Coming out of the Jungfrau railway station, take the elevator to reach the Sphinx Observatory at an altitude of about 3571 meters. The observation deck is set on a vast ice surface and is surrounded by guardrails. The Aletsch Glacier is right in front of you. On a clear day, you can enjoy the scenery of neighboring France, Germany, and Italy from multiple angles. Opening hours: Open all year round from 07:53 to 15:17.
