The Confucius Temple is built adjacent to the Martyrs’ Shrine
The main entrance is the Lingxing Gate, in front of which stand two white archways, exuding a solemn atmosphere
Behind the gate, there is a half-moon shaped pond with a Bi Shui Bridge spanning over it
The temple’s roof is in the form of a double-eaved Xieshan style, which appears dignified and imposing, while the dougong (bracket sets) and beam columns are adorned with Song Dynasty paintings, giving an elegant touch
Inside the temple, Confucius and his 72 disciples are enshrined, allowing people to pay their respects
The temple is open all year round from Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
