To stimulate the development of the Tianmu business district, the ‘Tianmu Halloween Carnival’ integrates the exotic Halloween celebrations to highlight the characteristics of the business area. Every October, we invite local Tianmu merchants and nearby department stores to participate in a series of activities, including costume parades, trick-or-treat joint marketing events, special store markets, and cartoon character performances. These events create highlights for Tianmu Halloween and have become the most representative annual event in the Tianmu business district, attracting a large crowd and business opportunities. The event is open from October 25th to October 26th, with specific business hours subject to the actual opening conditions on the day.
