Wuyue’s ‘Younger Brother’ Peak is referred to as ‘brother’ rather than ‘number one,’ and the absence of the bamboo radical is because the surrounding bamboo groves serve as an excellent explanation themselves. At the summit, one can truly stand with ‘one foot in three provinces,’ as this location marks the tri-province border of Jiangsu, Anhui, and Zhejiang. A large bell stands at the top of the mountain, allowing visitors to ring the bell for blessings, thus making ‘Wuyue’s Younger Brother Peak’ a place where ‘the rooster crows in three provinces, and the bell tolls for harmony.’
The peak is open all year round, accessible 24 hours a day.
