Yuhua Scenic Spot is a historically rich, picturesque, and expansive tourist destination in Dongshan, with direct access to the summit of Moli Peak.
The name ‘Yuhua’ originates from the Ming Dynasty when the mountain valley was filled with peach orchards. Every March and April, petals would fall like rain from the sky, hence the name ‘Yuhua’.

The scenic area now houses over a hundred precious ancient trees, each over a century old, which is why it is also known as Dongshan Forest Park.

It also preserves more than twenty historical sites and cultural relics from the Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties.

Yuhua Scenic Spot is a historical museum that integrates the ancient architectural, sculptural, and calligraphic arts of Dongshan.
The scenic area comprises eighteen scenic spots, with more than ten, including the viewing lawn, Dongtingxuan ancient residence, Tang-Song poetry corridor, Ming Dynasty twin springs, Eight Steeds Galloping, Song Bridge Ming Ji, Yinxin Stone House, Rongyang Exploring the Secluded, Huanqing Historical Traces, Yuhua Zen Temple, and Zuimolou, now open to the public.
