Long admired, Chinese painting is the foundation for an immersive exhibition that combines the essence of ancient Chinese masterpieces with the beauty of poetry. It tells stories, conveys meaning, and resonates with the audience. The exhibition spans an area of 2000 square meters and is divided into three major sections: the Light and Shadow Exhibition Area, the Interactive Check-in Installation Area, and the Regular Exhibition Area. It takes visitors on a journey through a thousand years, engaging in dialogue with scholars and artists, and immersing themselves in the poetic and artistic charm of the golden age of the Tang and Song dynasties. It offers insights into the creative journeys and interesting anecdotes of the celebrities and masters of that era. The museum is closed all day on Mondays throughout the year; open from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM from Tuesdays to Sundays; during the Spring Festival, it is open from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The ‘Long Admired Chinese Painting’ exhibition hours are from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM). ‘Flying Over Ancient Paintings for a Journey’ is held every Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (entry from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM).
