Li Jialong, who began engaging with rap in 2013, joined the local Chongqing rap label WAVE MUZIK in 2016. He absorbed the essence of the ‘Sichuan-Chongqing unity’, creating a style that can be fierce or gentle, spoken or sung, with a fusion that does not appear jarring. In 2017, he signed with the Renshetou Music label and is recognized within the industry as the ‘Dark Horse of Chinese Rap’.
