Bai E Pavilion is located within the Tianyi Pavilion Museum, which is part of the garden leisure area of Tianyi Pavilion.
Originally, Baihe Pavilion was a sacrificial pavilion in front of a Ming Dynasty tomb on Zu Guan Mountain, and was later relocated to this site.

The unique dougong (bracket set) shape at the top of Bai E Pavilion is quite distinctive and has great ornamental value.
