Beilun Forest Botanical Garden

Beilun Forest Botanical Garden is about 15 kilometers away from Beilun urban area and is adjacent to landscapes such as Jiufeng Mountain and Xinlu Reservoir. The terrain in the garden is diverse, the soil layer is deep, and the water supply and drainage conditions are good, which is very conducive to the planting, cultivation and experimental research of various plants. The botanical garden mainly features native forest plants in Zhejiang Province, supplemented by mid-subtropical forest plants in East China. It focuses on collecting and preserving germplasm resources of greening and ornamental, timber economic, rare and endangered, and regionally unique plants.
