Chang Dai-Chien Memorial Hall

Originally known as ‘Maya Hermitage’, this site was first established in 1976. After completing his masterpiece ‘Lushan Painting’ in April 1983, the renowned artist Chang Dai-Chien passed away in the same year. Following his death, his descendants donated the Maya Hermitage along with his collection of paintings to the National Palace Museum. Subsequently, the museum planned and established the Chang Dai-Chien Memorial Hall, which is now managed by them. The hall is open to the public all year round, with services available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 to 11:10. Accessibility services include wheelchair-accessible restrooms.
