It was brought to Taiwan from the hometown by the Chen family whose ancestral home is Raoping County, Guangdong Province
It was originally enshrined in Xinzhuangzi, a new reclamation tribe in the local area
Later, it was rebuilt and new deities were added
It was renamed Chaotian Wugu Palace
