The Chinese Wuyi Mountain Tea Expo Garden is a grand tea culture park integrated into the landscape, built by the Wuyi Mountain authorities at the southern end of the San Gu Holiday Resort along the Jiuqu Stream to promote the Wuyi tea culture.
As the second Cross-Strait Tea Expo is held, the Wuyi City has established this grand tea culture park—Chinese Wuyi Mountain Tea Expo Garden—along the Jiuqu Stream at the southern end of the resort to commemorate the great achievements of ancestors and deepen tourists’ understanding of Wuyi tea. The garden aims to present to visitors a three-dimensional picture and a vivid epic!
The Wuyi Mountain Tea Expo Garden is divided into five main parts: the landscape park, the underground square, the water and mountain live show viewing area, the tea museum, and the tourist service center.
In this park, which covers an area of approximately 78,000 square meters, the long history, magical legends, and profound craftsmanship of Wuyi tea culture are concentratedly displayed. With the design theme of ‘Concentrating on the History of Wuyi Tea, Displaying the Charm of Rock Rhythm,’ the park showcases the deep cultural heritage and enticing aroma of Wuyi tea through the narration of celebrities from various dynasties, the reenactment of historical scenes, and interactive tea art performances.
