The Cultural Bureau, previously known as the Cultural Society, was established on September 4, 1982. Initially, its purpose was to facilitate cultural exchanges between China and Portugal and to promote Portuguese language and culture in the region, assisting in the formulation and implementation of local cultural and academic research policies. The opening hours are from Monday to Thursday, 09:00-13:00 and 14:30-17:45; on Fridays, it is open from 09:00-13:00 and 14:30-17:30; and it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year.
