The Daxueshan Forest Recreation Area is planned from the original Daxueshan forest farm. It is located in Heping District, Taichung City. The scenic area is rich in forest resources. With the change of altitude from low to high, there are four forest types: subtropical, warm zone, temperate zone, and cold zone. It is the essence area of natural forests in Taiwan. Opening hours: open from 06:30 to 17:00 all year round.
