The Evergreen Maritime Museum is a large-scale maritime museum that houses a vast collection of ancient Chinese and foreign ships, detailing the history of ships and the development process of the shipping industry. The museum spans five floors, with the first floor showcasing various ship models, among which a large-scale replica of an ancient ship is particularly striking. The second floor’s Navigation Exploration Area features numerous interactive experiences, including the basic configurations of ships and various knowledge about sailors’ voyages at sea. The third floor displays paintings related to the ocean and the impact of the ocean on the local area. The upper fourth and fifth floors exhibit modern ships and vessels from around the world. Additionally, the first floor and the basement level house restaurants and cafes, offering Chinese and Western light meals and vegetarian dishes, where visitors can take a break. The museum is open all year round from 9:00 to 17:00. A must-see tip is that there is a parking lot under the museum floors for medium and small-sized cars.
