Furong Peak is part of the Cuitai Mountain range in Ouhai District. The continuous mountain ridges wind and twist, with Furong Peak standing atop the cluster of mountains at an elevation of over 680 meters, commanding a view that overlooks all others and earning it the nickname ‘Wenzhou Dragon Spine’ among hikers. A 60-meter-tall structure at the summit is humorously referred to as Wenzhou’s ‘Potala Palace’. Open all year round, accessible 24/7.
