The Golden Waterfall is located along the road from Jin Guashi to Shuinong Cave. Unlike typical waterfalls that form due to terrain gradients during water flow, the Golden Waterfall emerges from underground streams without visible streams before or after it. The volume and direction of the water can change with varying rainfall, becoming particularly spectacular after heavy rain. Rainwater seeps into the mining area and comes into contact with pyrite and chalcopyrite, turning the waterfall water golden-orange due to oxidation-reduction reactions and iron bacteria catalysis. This beautiful phenomenon has earned it the name Golden Waterfall. It is open all year round, 24 hours a day, with specific business hours subject to daily conditions.
