The park is located on the Gongzhuji mountain range in Xiaojiang Town, Pubei County, Qinzhou City. The park includes multiple scenic spots, including the main gate, Guanlong Pavilion, Sanhe Pavilion, Yuezhou Tower, Beidi Temple, Lotus Pond, Butterfly Spring and so on. Open all day long throughout the year.
