Green Pond River National Urban Wetland Park is primarily characterized by natural rivers and extensive ponds and wetlands, stretching approximately 3.3 kilometers in length in an east-west oriented ribbon-like formation along the natural course of the river. The park covers an area of over 500 acres, with more than 260 acres dedicated to water and wetland areas.
The park features both freshwater and saltwater areas, providing suitable habitats for a diverse range of flora and fauna.
The park is open all year round, with full-day access.
