Haikou Wuyuan River National Wetland Park covers an area of over 1300 hectares, with a wetland rate of 73.69%.
The park primarily consists of three wetland units: Yongzhuang Reservoir, Wuyuan River, and the estuary of Wuyuan River.
A total of 96 families, 318 genera, and 427 species of wild vascular plants are distributed within the wetland park. Additionally, there are 25 orders, 66 families, and 154 species of wild vertebrates, including as many as 11 species of national second-level key protected wildlife. The park’s opening hours and specific business status are subject to the actual opening conditions on the day.
