Harmony Tower offers a panoramic view of Baishi Lake. The Baishi Pavilion within the tower narrates the history between Qi Baishi and Qinzhou. As the main structure of Baishi Lake Park, the tower features a Song Dynasty style and consists of one underground floor and twelve above-ground floors (including the top floor).

At the center of the first floor of Harmony Tower stands a statue of Qi Baishi along with his poem, ‘May the wind blow me to Qinzhou.’ The first and second floors of the tower display some of Qi Baishi’s calligraphy and painting works. Two statues on the second floor, depicting Qi Baishi painting lychees for Qinzhou, vividly demonstrate his deep connection with the city. ‘Willing to travel far for the taste, may the wind blow me to Qinzhou,’ is the exclamation Qi Baishi uttered after savoring the lychees of Qinzhou.
