The Hsinchu City Vision Pavilion is a local museum themed around urban development models. It showcases four large-scale models depicting the old city, current status, and future development of Hsinchu City. Additionally, it offers multifunctional services such as municipal information, citizen participation, and professional consultation, allowing residents to understand the prospects of urban development and enhance their sense of identity with Hsinchu City. The original steel beam structure has been preserved, with the roof being renovated and redesigned, and the exterior design incorporates industrial characteristics to create a glass light tower.
