Hua Gang Island, also known as Hua Gang Fishing Village, is located in the south of Zhuangyuan Ao Island in Dongtou County, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to Dongtou Village. Here, the azure sea and blue sky, along with the scenery as beautiful as Erhai, have earned it the reputation of ‘Little Erhai’ among tourists.
Beside the Hua Gang Bridge on the island, on the Acacia Ao breakwater, creative props such as hanging glass ball swings, pure white long tables and stools, wooden frames, English signs, and stairs, are arranged based on natural landscape elements like the sea, small islands, and red rocks, making it perfect for photography. Many wedding photography studios from the Wenzhou area come here specifically for the scenery.
After visiting Hua Gang Island, one can go to the neighboring Dongtou Village, where rows of colorful houses resemble a fairy tale world, filled with artistic atmosphere.
