Jiahe Guanshanhai Golf Club boasts an international standard 18-hole golf course in the Beibu Gulf area.
Located next to Beihai city, on the coast of Dadunhai on the west side of the city, adjacent to the Guanheadling National Forest Park, the course is bathed in the verdant mist of Guanling to the north and commands an unparalleled view of the Beibu Gulf to the south. With beautiful scenery and a pleasant environment, it showcases the passion for golf amidst the green hills and clear waters.
The club covers an area of 1,500 acres, including a lake area of 260 acres. During the design and construction process, the designers fully considered the original topography and the characteristics of Beihai’s resources, creating bold ideas and delicate conceptions, and uniquely crafting distinct front and back nine-hole landscapes.
The front nine holes largely preserve the original high-quality ecological environment and landforms, utilizing the highland Guanheadling to create a small hill course style, skillfully crafting the rare undulating momentum of a coastal course, akin to a lush forest park, showcasing the vibrant subtropical charm.
The style of the back nine holes contrasts sharply with the front nine, with less dense vegetation, replaced by large areas of lakes and beaches. The designers innovatively created a unique coastal desert golf course style for the back nine, rivaling the courses in Las Vegas.
Apart from the fairways, the rough and hazard areas are covered with the silver sand from the famous Beihai Silver Beach, with low tropical plants scattered throughout, subtly revealing the greenery. The locally sourced clean white sand shimmers slightly in the sunlight, and the lake water flows like an emerald green ribbon.
The stark contrast of blue sky, clear water, green grass, and silver sand is captivating. Strolling through the course, one can feel the modern atmosphere of urbanization while also exploring the historical vicissitudes of the ancient Maritime Silk Road.
The entire course opens with the first group starting at 7:00 AM, and the practice range operates from 8:00 AM.
