Jiangxi Helicopter Science and Technology Museum

The Jiangxi Helicopter Science and Technology Museum covers an area of 10,000 square meters, located within the Beijing General Aviation Jiangxi Helicopter Company in the Jingdezhen High-Tech Zone. The museum currently houses more than 30 helicopters, models, and parts. Utilizing highly advanced audio-visual playback modes, visitors can gain a hands-on understanding of the history of helicopter development, performance parameters, and experience helicopter and engine assembly, flight control, and more through virtual reality, offering exceptional entertainment and educational value.
The Jiangxi Helicopter Science and Technology Museum includes five sub-galleries: the Ocean Hall, the Star Hall, the Desert Hall, the Forest Hall, and the 4D Experience Hall. The Ocean Hall has acquired a large 360-degree high-definition holographic projection device in China, capable of displaying various environments and flora and fauna such as forests, tropical grasslands, and polar regions, with real-time sensing functions that allow interaction with visitors. The Star Hall showcases the development history of helicopters worldwide and in China, equipped with an automatic trigger-based explanation system for the popularization of aviation knowledge among enthusiasts and young people.

The Desert Hall displays real helicopters and models, including Chinook, Ka-26, Apache, Osprey, K-MAX, MD902, and more than ten other types of helicopters. The wall paintings in the Desert Hall are vividly realistic, and when illuminated by projections, they display spectacular scenes of sandstorms and camel caravans. The Forest Hall mainly exhibits the structure of helicopter engines and related equipment, with wall paintings themed around forests, dynamically displaying the wonders of waterfalls and birds flying in the forest, which is very eye-catching.
