The Jinshan Summit Sea-View Pavilion is located in Jinshan Village, Hengxikou Town, Yinzhou District, on Mount Cha. It is situated at an elevation of approximately 600 meters.
From this vantage point, one can take in the panoramic views of Dongqian Lake and Jinshan Lake.
