Xiaoshi is one of the three remarkable rocks in Nanxun. It is about two meters high and resembles a tiger crouching. There is a hole in the stone’s abdomen. When blown into, it makes a sound like a tiger’s roar. On the stone are two characters ‘Xiaoshi’ in official script inscribed by Ruan Yuan, a scholar in the Qing Dynasty. Open all year round and open all day.
