LuoXing Park is located on Hospital Road in Shengzhou City. The park boasts a large green area and fresh air. It features artificial hills, stone benches, and other recreational facilities. Night lights are also installed for evening visits.
On the northwest corner of the park, there stands a bronze statue of Ma Yinchu, making it an ideal place for citizens to relax and enjoy their leisure time.
