Maoming Rare Botanical Garden is located within the Xiaoliang Soil and Water Conservation Station in Dianbai District, Maoming City, Guangdong Province. It belongs to the northern edge of the tropical region. The planned area of the scenic spot is 180 hectares, which is divided into four scenic areas: tropical artificial forest, pioneer forest area, desertified land ‘bare ground’, and soil and water conservation compound agricultural demonstration area. The garden is open all year round from 8:00 to 18:00.
