This sacred site enshrines the deified figures of Shennong, the Divine Farmer; Sun Simiao, the Medicine King; and Li Shizhen, the Sage of Medicine. Visitors come to express their gratitude for the benevolence of these three divine figures and to pray for their health and longevity.
