Mount Western Hill is home to the Chapel of Our Lady, built in 1622, and the Bishop’s Residence, added in 1935, which is why it is commonly known as ‘Bishop’s Hill.’ Located to the east of Nanwan, the hill is lush with greenery and boasts the historic Peak Hotel’s main building on its eastern slopes. The Mazu Pavilion sits on the southwest slopes of the hill, and numerous villas featuring Southern European architectural styles can also be found on the hill. The operating hours are subject to the daily opening conditions.
