During the day, parasails and kites take to the skies, while at night, it transforms into a bustling night market with numerous vendors and a sea of people, making it an excellent spot to enjoy the mountains and the sea in Hualien
The park is divided into several areas, including a coconut garden, camping area, horse riding club, children’s playground, marine recreation center, and a folk village, with a focus on artificial entertainment facilities
Starting from the Beimin Park next to Zhongshan Bridge, along the seawall beside the old coastal railway, all the way to Nanbin Park, is a popular route for strolling, sea viewing, water playing, and collecting unique stones
Nanbin Park has also planned a bicycle lane along the coast, starting from Nanbin Park in Hualien City, heading north along the old port branch line to Beimin Park, then along the old railway to the north control station of Hualien Port, with a total length of four kilometers
Nanbin Park has been reorganized, and the original night market vendors have been transferred to Ziqiang Night Market or Rainbow Night Market
