Nanjing Deyun Society

Nanjing Deyun Society Theater is a subsidiary of Nanjing Deyun Society Culture Communication Co., Ltd., located in the Old East Gate Pedestrian Street in Nanjing City. It is a branch of Beijing Deyun Society, founded by Mr. Guo Degang, in Nanjing.

The architecture of Nanjing Deyun Society’s Old East Gate Theater is a traditional Chinese style, covering an area of approximately 1200 square meters, and can accommodate around 260 spectators. It primarily features traditional quyi and crosstalk performances. Eight performances of ‘Beijing Crosstalk Conference’ are staged from Tuesday to Sunday every week.

Opening hours are as follows: The theater is not open all day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays throughout the year; it is open from 19:30 to 22:00 on Tuesdays; from 14:00 to 16:30 on Saturdays; and from 14:00 to 16:30, and 19:30 to 22:00 on Sundays throughout the year.
