Located in Park No
6, West District, Taichung City, the museum features 24 exhibition rooms that showcase a variety of art forms including painting, sculpture, and printmaking
The museum regularly hosts lectures, exhibitions, and publishes books, periodicals, and catalogs to meet the needs of art enthusiasts
The museum’s elongated structure runs east to west, with a central sky bridge dividing it into two sections: the Western area houses A and B type exhibition rooms, while the Eastern area contains C, D, E, and F type exhibition rooms
In addition to these, there are other exhibition spaces such as the Art Street, Information Transfer Station, Digital Art Ark, and Digital Creative Resource Center
On the first basement level of the museum, there is a children’s area suitable for family visits where children can enjoy drawing and painting
Outside the museum, on the side of Yingcai Road, there is a stele forest area that collects 50 calligraphy masterpieces from the late elders and contemporary sages of the calligraphy world, engraved with modern sandblasting techniques that vividly capture the original charm and style of the ink, making it a must-see
The museum is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Tuesdays to Fridays
