Ning Hui Tang

Ning Hui Tang, situated opposite the Bai E Pavilion, is a Qing Dynasty architectural structure made of brick, wood, and stone columns. It houses a collection of Ming and Qing dynasty rubbing stones, including the ‘Divine Dragon Edition’ of the ‘Preface to the Poems Composed at the Orchid Pavilion’ from the Ming Dynasty and Wen Zhengming’s small regular script ‘Epitaph of Xue Wenmingfu’. The fragrance of books and ink complement each other perfectly.
Inside, there is an exhibition of works by calligraphers from various dynasties who have copied the ‘Preface to the Poems Composed at the Orchid Pavilion’, which is worth a visit. The opening hours and specific business status are subject to the daily opening conditions.
