Ningbo Library, established in 1927, is located in the core area of the eastern new city’s administrative services. The new library building covers an area of approximately 31,800 square meters and frequently hosts lectures, exhibitions, and other events.
Opening hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00 all year round; on Mondays, the library is open from 13:00 to 21:00; during the National Day holiday, it is open from 09:00 to 21:00, and during the National Day period (October 1st to October 7th), the self-service library is open from 06:00 to 24:00.
