The Silk Expo Park, a Chinese silk culture tourism scenic area, is located in Shengze Town, one of the four major silk capitals in China. It is an industrial tourism demonstration site in Wujiang District. It gathers a complete sericulture and silk culture industrial chain, including agricultural activities such as mulberry planting, breeding, silkworm raising, and cocoon harvesting; industrial processes such as cocoon drying, cocoon selection, cocoon boiling, silk reeling, twisting, weaving production, and garment processing; and commercial activities such as silk product sales.
